WT3-201E Wire Crimp Pull Tester
Designed to test the pull-off force of crimped wire and tube terminations the WT3-201 is the improved successor of the WT3-200.
This wire crimp tester is manually operated by a lever that allowes for easy application of force up to 1000 N.
The lever operates the unique knurled cam design that effectively secures and pulls the loose wire end of the sample.
An adjustable wire terminal fixture can accommodate wires up to 6,3 mm, a blank fixture is available for odd shapes or unique samples and an optional ring terminal fixture with 5 pin diameters secures ring terminals.
The WT3-201 supports a large backlit display that can show real time force, peak force, programmable pass/fail limits, units of measurement (N, kN, kgF, lbF, ozF), and more.
Data can be transferred to a PC or other data collector via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs. An analog load bar is shown on the display for graphical representation of applied force.
The WT3-201 supports on-board data storage up to 1,000 readings, statistical calculations and zeroing upon sample break for automation of the testing process.
Password protection prevents unauthorized use or change of data.
The optional carrying case makes transportation simple and safe.
