The Series-F EasyMESUR® sytem is developed as a stand alone test stand force gauge combination and comes in two load ranges, the F755(S)/F1505(S) range covers the load range from 3,4kN to 6,7kN.
Equipped with a 7" integrated touchpad the Series-F EasyMESUR® motorized test stands use Mark-10's Plug & Test® system to connect a variation of Mark-10 and third party strain gauge force sensors.
The Plug & Test® equipment in combination with the setup wizard (select a test type, and EasyMESUR® will guide you through the setup) make this system easy to operate.
From its centralized test setup a wide range of tests can be performed and results can be shown in the form of tables or graphs.
Tests can include:
Data and reports and test files can be im- and ex-ported to an external drive or PC Via USB-C.
The Series-F F755(S)/F1505(S) range test stands are build precise and rigid and come standard with system deflection compensation.
They are versatile with their modular design, frame bases can be removed, for alternative mounting solutions, and a range of optional column extensions are available.
Most electronics are located in an integrated module that can be taken out of the column for service and repair.
Series-F Test frames are equipped with an integrated Plug & Test® system which makes it possible to (next to Mark-10 force sensors) use third party strain gauge sensors in combination with the PTAF adapter.
The EasyMESUR® system is the modular version of the Series-F systems. It comes as a functional platform that can be expanded to more advanced functions to suit your requirements. This makes it possible to create a system fit for your applications without the cost of options that are not needed.
EasyMESUR® systems are shipped in Evaluation Mode, in which all functions are enabled for 160 hours of operation.
Load cell, eye end adapters and grips are sold separately.

The Series-F motorized force testers are developed as a stand-alone measuring test frame, no Force Gauge or Indicator is required.
They come in two versions with integrated touch screens and one that is connected to your own windows computer.
For each version there are low load versions ranging from 0,5 to 2,5kN and higher load versions ranging from 3,4 to 6,7kN
The lower load ranges come in 3 vertical and one horizontal versions the higher load ranges come in 4 vertical versions.
The EasyMESUR® range has the smaller 7”display and comes in a basic setup.
It is equipped with 2 USB-C ports, one for PC connection and the other for an external flash drive.
Optional functions like Distance measurement, Distance limits, Pre-load, High speed extension. Low speed extension, cycling, break detection, load holding, FollowMe, graphing and reporting and PC control are available as single option, in packages or as a complete options package.
The IntelliMesur version of the Series-F motorized test stand is available with 10,1”screen or without screen for connection to PC.
It comes with all options from the EasyMESUR® as standard plus some extra features such as Overlay previous runs on graph and the option of COF measurement.
All devices are equipped with basic test wizards to guide you through a test setup.
There are options to extend the colums, add protective screens and a number of sensors in a range of loads compatible to the different test stands.
By using a PTAF adapter various customer supplied sensors can be used, the 705 series and up (3,4kN+) range needs an extra adapter.

The F755-EM, F755S-EM, F1505-EM, and F1505S-EM advanced test frames are shipped as shown at left, and includes the following accessories:
Plug & Test® sensors for Series-F
The Series-F works uses its own version of the Plug & Test® sensors. Available are the FS05, FS06 and the R07. All are used for compression and tension testing and use the operating systems of the test stands.
The FS05 is available in a capacity range from 0,5 to 2,5kN and connects directly to the F105, F305 and F505 range test stands. When used on the F755 and F1505 range an extra adapter, AC1083, is required.
Plug & Test® technology saves all configuration and calibration information within the adapters PCB. This flexibility allows for interchangeability between multiple sensors with any Mark-10 Series F test frame.
PTAF adapter
The PTAF connector is an adapter that can be used to connect 3rd party strain gauge load cells, force- and torque sensors to the Series-F test stands. It can be connected directly to the F105, F305 and F505 range and via an extra adapter, AC1083, to the F755 and F1505 range, the M5I and the M7I indicators.
Sensor capacity and resolution may be configured via an included software utility, which includes a library of common force capacities from 0,5 N to 4.000 kN, and torque capacities from 7 Ncm to 57.000 Nm.
When an identification number is configured, it is displayed upon hardware power-up or the test stands display.
By removing the circuit board and side cover the third party sensor you can be connected to the PTAF adapter |
Feed the cable through and connect the wires to the terminal block. |
Replace the circuit board and side cover. |
The sensor can now be configured using the included , Plug & Test Adapter Configuration software and used on the Series-7 test frame. An extra adapter (AC1083) is required to connect the PTAF to the F755(S)/F1505(S) range test frames. |
