TSP Tension Sensor TSP
TSP Stationary Tension Sensor has non-rotating Aluminum-oxide Ø 5.2 mm ceramic pins, applicable for threads and fibers with a maximum line speed of 6000 m/min. up to max. 1000 tex.
It accurately measures the running tension of measuring hi-speed textiles, fibers and similar process materials.
Built-in signal conditioning with ZERO and SPAN pots provide a high-level, analog output to minimize the chance for signal interference.
Can be used for process diagnostics, for continuously monitoring and recording of online tensions. It can also be used as part of a closed-loop control system with a 3rd-Party controller.
The sensor can be mounted on a flat plate using the supplied thru holes in the housing body or fixed using the holes in the front plate, inserted thru a round hole in the machine frame or plate.
The Checkline TSP Stationary Electronic Tension sensor with non-rotating ceramic pins is available in 5 Tension Ranges:
from from 0 - 50 cN up to 0 - 1000 cN
The TSP Stationary Electronic Tension sensor is available with various Output Signals:
- Standard: Output signal: analog 0 – 1 V DC
or optional
- Code A2:;Output signal: analog 0 – 10 V DC
- Code A3:;Output signal: current 4 – 20 mA
- Code A10:Output signal: analog DMS: mV/V (For sensors without amplifier)
The TSP Stationary Tension Sensor comes with a Certificate of Compliance with the order 2.1 according EN 10204.
Optionally available:
Inspection Certificate 3.1 according EN 10204 with calibration certificate.
