The torque tester QCMBS for power nut runners may be deployed with conventional torque wrenches and other torque tools. There are 2 versions of the TT-QCMBS according to two available measurement ranges: the TT-QCMBS-1KRD (135-1350 Nm) and the TT-QCMBS-2KRD (271-2710 Nm).
Easy and quick set up of the device is made possible through the large LCD display with its simple menu.
The TT-QCMBS offers a data storage capacity of up to 999 readings. By installing the optional software, data can also be exported to a printer, or PC. Furthermore, measurement protocols can automatically be generated through real-time data transmission to Excel.
Please note that in order to be able to test powered torque tools,a screwdriver simulator is needed. A safe testing of your tools is assured with the stable mounting of the TT-QCM torque tester and the respective screwdriver simulator. The power wrench is also supported by a storage area to absorb eventual shocks and thus prevent eventual damaging of the measuring cell.
* Not suitable for impact wrenches
