The CPS- certified plastic shim sets can be used to check and calibrate your coating thickness meter.
The CPS set contains 4 different calibration shims / foils.
The CPS- Certified Shim Set is available if 4 different versions.

Accuracy: 0 - 100 µm + 1 µm / 100 > µm + 1%
The CPS-set comes with a traceable Calibration Certificate.
