FSA-MSL Force-Displacement Measurement Unit
The FSA-MSL portable force/displacment tester is capable of measuring force and displacement for various samples such as a switch, a cushion, a piece of metal, tape and more. This Manual Mini Material Tester is ideal for tests requiring very small movement. The space saving design realizes the measurement at any places such as on your desk, production line, etc.
The tester also features a reversible base plate, allowing the tester to be used on uneven or obstructed surfaces. The highly visible EL display and plain language menus in eight languages make programming fast and easy. Both force and displacement values are displayed plus user-selectable data; high/low setpoints, peak, memory data, etc.

Simple Setup You mount the force gauge on the test stand. You can perform force-displacement measurement easily and precisely as it has high operability and high accuracyby using with necessary fixtures and connecting external equipment according to your needs.
Auto Start Displacement
The auto start displacement feature enables users to quickly apply a certain force and read displacement or stop at a certain displacement and read the force value. The manual control knob moves the gauge 18mm per turn for precise control during tests.
Force Recorder Professional Included
Moreover, the relationship is visualizable with the included Force Recorder software on PC. You can analyze in detail because the graph is drawn with captured data at 2000Hz sampling rate. It captures both force and displacement data and create force vs. displacement profile graphs. Data can be captured to a pc at up to 2,000 data points per second. Data acquisition can also be accomplished in the field. The tester can output directly to a USB flash drive in CSV format at 100 data/second. Peak data can be saved to gauge memory and exported to USB-flash drives.
