TS1 Tension Sensor


Made in GermanyThe Checkline TS1 Stationary Tension Sensors are available with different easy-running guide rollers the rollers are ball bearing mounted to provide a friction-free path for measuring threads, fibers and thin wires with a diameter up to approx. 2 mm. 

TS1 Stationary Electronic Tension sensors are available in 10 Tension Ranges:
 
from from 0 - 50 cN up to 0 - 50 daN

TS1 Stationary Tension Sensor comes with standard Hard-coated Aluminum Guide Rollers, applicable for yarn, threads and thin wires with a maximum line speed of 2000 m/min. 
Other Guide Rollers for different applications are available.

The TS1 Stationary Electronic Tension sensor is available with various Output Signals: 

  • Standard: Output signal: analog 0 – 1 V DC 

or optional

  • Code A2:;Output signal: analog 0 – 10 V DC
  • Code A3:;Output signal: current 4 – 20 mA
  • Code A10:Output signal: analog DMS: mV/V (For sensors without amplifier)

The TS1 Stationary Tension Sensor comes with a Certificate of Compliance with the order 2.1 according EN 10204. 


Optionally available:
Inspection Certificate 3.1 according EN 10204 with calibration certificate.

Calibration to customized material:
If process material differs significantly from the manufacturer's calibration material in diameter, rigidity or shape, special calibration using customer supplied samples is recommended. For this purpose a material sample of about 5 m should be supplied.
