ADS Mechanical Dial Torque Wrench: light and robust
The ADS Torque Wrench is a very light and robust quality control device suitable for measuring and controlling torques.
The ADS is the shortest version of the torque wrench series with dial, measuring in the range of 0.8 to 40 N.m (7 lbf.in - 30 lbf.ft).
Its unique performance is due to its special features as outlined below:
- Easy use and calibration.
- A built-in overload protection prevents over winding.
- Save transportation of the device ensured by its sturdy transport and storage protection.
- A ratchet mechanism of the device enabling clockwise as well as counterclockwise measurements.
The ADS can be ordered with an audiovisual warning system that alerts the user when the user set torque has been reached.
The ADS torque wrench meets the requirements of ISO 6789: 2003.
- Torque ranges reach from 0.8 to 40 N.m (7 lbf.in to 30 lbf.ft).
- Recessed dial minimizes dial breakage.
- Mechanical stop provides overload protection to 125% of full scale.
- Lightweight aluminum handle with non-slip grip for improved balance. Scuff-resistant non-slip finish.
- Single-end spindles available upon request.
- Standard double-ended spindle ratchet mechanism allows for left handed torque applications.
- Quality constructed for accuracy and reliability with an attractive abrasive resistant finish for longer life and ease in identification.
- Fine main and memory pointers provide accurate readings.
