The TSA750/TSA750H manual force test stand comes in a vertical and horizontal version, has a capacity of up to 3,75 kN (3750 N) and works for tensile and compression testing.
With its rugged aluminum components this test stand is well equipped for use in challenging conditions while the lever operation ensures quick action testing.
Yet the precision machined rack and pinion system, included adjustable travel stops and frictional low force brake make it precise enough for laboratory environments.
With this test stand the Loading lever, moving part, is mounted to the column below the force gauge mount, this holds the force gauge in a stationary position moving the base plate up and down.
One of the benefits of this setup is that there is a space of 76mm from the column to the center of the measurement position.
The TSA750 test stands come in a complete kit with a number of standard accessories, depending on the version, vertical or horizontal.
In addition to the standard setup a digital travel display, TSA001, is available. For output to a pc a cable, AC1112, and a communication adapter, MRS100A, are required.
A set of wall mounts, TSA002, makes it possible to adapt the test stand to a bench or wall mounted instead of the base.
A mounting table kit, TSA003, contains a matrix with tapped holes for, off center, grip and fixture mounting for easy alignment of test samples.
Column extensions make it possible to test larger samples. Column extensions just increase the sample clearance they do not change the travel distance.
A complete test setup can be made in combination with the whole range of Mark 10 digital force gauges, attachments and gripping fixtures.
The reversible gauge mounting plate makes this test stand compatible with force gauges of all capacities.
In addition a wide range of adapters is available to use this test stand in combination with force gauges from other manufacturers.
